Is known as “The Walking bible” with a strong desire to touch and minister to hurting souls. The anointing God has placed on this visionary is truly evident in his life. It is one of restoration, healing, and strength to the weary, lost, and broken-hearted throughout the world.

He is Senior Pastor and Chief Executive Officer of the rapidly growing New Jerusalem Worship Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is a committed husband to Lady Jessie L Rogers and a dedicated father to sons James M Rogers Jr., Orlandis Lamar Wells and Toriano Wells. His sole purpose and assignment is to equip the saints, transform the community, and touch the world with the radically transforming good news of Jesus Christ. To develop the believer to reach their full potential in God and to take their place in the body of Christ.

His goal is to lead the world to worship God through loving, evangelizing, serving, and making disciples of Jesus Christ. To train those who have been called into full time ministry, according to Ephesians 4:11-16.
