Our Beliefs

We believe there is only one God who is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. The Bible is the Word of God, which was written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, God's word is without error.

The Bible is our only authority for our faith, doctrine, and conduct. We believe in the Trinity- God exists eternally in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, each having their distinct but harmonious roles. We believe Jesus Christ is God's one and only begotten Son. We believe in His conception by the Holy Spirit and the virgin birth-He is God Incarnate. Jesus died on the cross for all people, was buried, and rose again three days later. Upon His ascension into heaven, He took His rightful place at the right hand of God. No one can come to God except through His Son, Jesus Christ. Therefore, salvation is only possible by personally accepting Jesus into one's heart to be their Savior and Lord. We further believe that the Holy Spirit is given to all believers (Mt. 3:11b, Mk. 1:8, John 3:16, Lk. 11:13b, 2Cor. 1:22a).

The Holy Spirit is the believer's Counselor (John 14:16,17a). The members of God's church make up of the "priesthood of believers" (1Peter 2:5, 9) and are to use their God-given gifts to help expand God's kingdom in Jesus' name. We firmly believe that Stewardship of time, talent, and treasure needs to play a vital part in the life of God's people. We accept as true that there are two sacraments that need to be celebrated until Christ returns: Baptism and the Lord's Supper. Believer's baptism is symbolic of our death, burial, resurrection, and raising to newness of life in Christ. The Lords supper is the sacrament where the Body of Christ celebrates the sacrifice of our Savior. These ordinances are done in obedience to our Lord Jesus. Our personal convictions about the church are that as the body of Christ we must Exalt the Savior, Equip the Saints, Evangelize the Sinner and do it all with Excellence without Excuse

We will accomplish this through REACHING- TEACHING- RECONCILING and RELEASING believers back into the world to do ministry.
